My name is Carol. I am a coach for "Creative Journal Expressive Art" Australia. It's been through the "Creative Journal Expressive Art" program that I have been able to free myself from self doubt, depression and various other afflictions.
These meetups are for those people wanting to release themselves from their "inner critic", helping them feel their emotions, intuition and creativity. Come along and get some insight into how to use "journalling and expressive art" in your everyday life. Using these simple creative methods helps you think outside the square and will give you those "light bulb" moments that don't usually come up with lateral thinking. It's a fun and profound way of coming up with solutions when we are faced with challenges life throws at us. Members already living a creative life through "journalling and expressive art", come and share your testimonies. All welcome.
