This meetup we will look at ways in which we can manifest our dreams and visions through journaling. Lets grab a coffee and have a "mini-retreat".
Bring along a book in which to journal or your favorite journal, pen and a couple of pieces blank 8 1/2 by 11 paper. Using journaling methods designed by "Lucia Capacchione" lets have some fun and do some creative thinking collectively.

Visualisation using your journal. Discussed our visions and did an exercise on how to identified what made us happiest. Taking important steps to positive change through visioning we always write about our vision in the 1st person and as if the situation is happening. Look at journal entry often, celebrate each step as it manifests. Loved meeting the new members, great effort. Was a great relaxed afternoon.

I have got great insights and direction using some of these methods .... The beauty is in the simplicity of the process ... no tough intellectual debating, disscussion or deliberation to be done... just let your inner self lead you... gently, quietly and surely ..

    •  It was a good session, had a overview of visioning and creative journaling.
    •  These simple tools bring about positive change into our lives, no matter what our situation might be. The best part about using the exercises formulated by "Lucia Cappacchione", is the fact that you work out your own solutions. I personally, have found this very liberating. Thinking outside the square is what helps us implement change in a fun and creative way, we often "can't see the wood for the trees", but if we change our approach and take on problems with an open and creative mind, we find the journey can be as exciting as solving the problem itself. Open your mind to creative problem solving, no matter how big or small the problem might be, you may just be surprised at the result.
    •  I'm looking forward to exploring the CJEA method :)
