Cultivating a happy mind by becoming more self aware leads to a more altruistic, loving and compassionate way of life helping our stress levels and aiding in healthy immune systems.
Happiness "defined as a general feeling of well being" the achievement of which is a process, not a destination. These groups aimed at those wanting to explore "CJEA" methods.
Founder Dr Lucia Capacchione, holds degrees in art and psychology and is a pioneer of self-therapy and healing through journal-writing and drawing. She is the author of thirteen books.

These meetups of for anyone interested in using CJEA methods towards empowerment and self awareness by gaining a deeper understanding of themselves. This results in an increased ability to discover and work towards a more fulfilling and creative life. No matter what your issues are by becoming more self aware through CJEA methods you are able to overcome these challenges in a very creative and fun way.
